Excellent place, both my kids really enjoy the sessions as they are fun and exciting and varied in what they do, they are getting more confident and skilled. There is a real community and wellbeing focus which radiates through the lessons, any sparring sessions always starts with a talk about safe sparring and they ensure that each child is comfortable. My son absolutely loves his kickboxing sessions. He has made sure amazing progression over the last few years and has worked his way up to a brown/white belt. The reward system they have in place for working hard is fantastic, as well as the Behaviour & respect that is strived for during lessons. I would definitely recommend TKBA
